MOJO Assignments

(Might be a good idea if someone would edit this and explain what a Mojo Board is for those who don't know or aren't aware?)

A key to all of this is geographical proximity and first dibs. Thus, for example, if someone wants Derrick Williams, then they need to live reasonably close to MD, etc. OJ Murdock-Tampa, etc.
