Commited to Floirda on July 23, 2004 and has not waivered. Some have said that since it has appeared that Portis will get an offer either Garner will De-Commit or we will pull our offer. Garner says that if the offer is still on the table he will be a Gator. Should be interesting to see how this plays out. Garner decommited on December 20, 2004.
